PIQE, the Parent Institute for Quality Education, works directly with parents to teach them the pathway to academic success for their children whether they are in elementary, middle, or high school. By bringing together the school, the community, and the family, we believe all children can succeed in school, enroll and graduate from a college or university, and choose a career that will ensure their future.

 Every year, PIQE works with parents like Sylvia C.  Sylvia is a single mom with four children.  She believed firmly that education was the key to the future for all of her children.  But she only completed elementary education, supported her family by cleaning houses and business, and didn't know how to make her dream a reality. Sylvia attended PIQE classes four years ago, learning what she could do immediately to support the academic success of her family.  Within a matter of months, Sylvia helped her oldest son graduate from high school and enroll at USC with a full scholarship.  Today he is attending law school at UCLA.  Her daughter is a senior at UCLA and her two younger children are highly successful high school students.  She credits this turn of fortune for her family to PIQE.  Sylvia's story is one we hear every day.
