Park Central Development

Park Central is a non-profit community development corporation that focuses on neighborhood revitalization efforts in 13 different neighborhoods in the Central Corridor. Our organization's vision is to strengthen and attract investment that creates and maintains equitable vibrant urban neighborhoods and commercial districts where people want to live, work and play; and our services impact over 50,000 residents who reside in our service footprint.

Over the past few years, Park Central has grown a deeper understanding of the community and understands the importance of addressing the needs of community members throughout our efforts. At Park Central Development, we believe that residents should have access to safe, stable, and affordable housing. This means providing assistance that allows them stay in their homes and maintain a safe, healthy environment. Our desire is to continue to increase the growth we have helped establish in our neighborhoods while making sure that our most vulnerable residents are not forgotten.
