Cooper is a six pound, 2-year old Chihuahua who needs your help.  PAWS rescued him from Indianapolis Animal Control and he is very ill - his heart and lungs are full of heartworms.  Left untreated, Cooper is very likely to die.  With treatment, he has a good chance to live a long, happy life.  The estimated cost of the treatment [which will take 3-4 months] is $700.
