Pathway Homes Inc

Pathway Homes is a non-profit organization that provides housing and supportive mental health services to adults who are recovering from mental illness, substance abuse, and other co-occurring disabilities.  We have provided these services to individuals across communities in northern Virginia for over thirty years.  In that time, we have helped hundreds of adults to find and keep permanent stable housing in the community, or transition from years of living in hospitals to living in a stable home of their own. 

We believe in partnering with those we serve and are committed to helping them realize their individual potential by embracing an attitude of hope in our approach.  As a result, the services we provide make the difference between someone living a productive life in permanent housing, or being homeless on the streets or in the woods, or worse, in hospital or jail.  No-one can describe the impact we have on their lives better than the people we serve, who in their own words, have the following to say about Pathway Homes:
