PAWS New England

PAWS New England is an all volunteer dog rescue organization. We transport dogs from all over the USA...mostly from overcrowded shelters who try their best to save as many as they can from euthanasia. We place them in loving foster homes where they can be vetted and socialized. When they are ready, they become available for adoption.

Many of these dogs have not seen a warm bed, the inside of a home, or have had the companionship of a human. All they know is loneliness, boredom, and having to survive each day in the harsh elements with no one to care for them. Some of our dogs have lived at the end of chains, have been imprisoned in puppy mills, been abused, and neglected. Yet despite all this they remain loyal to humans and ready to make us happy. 
 
These are our companions and we are supposed to love and take care of them. Our commitment to these dogs is that they will have a safe place to go, enough food and water, proper vetting, and the love of humans. We commit that they will never have to search through trash cans for their next meal, beg for attention from strangers, be at the mercy of abusive owners, or sit waiting to die in a shelter.
