PAWS Rescue, Inc.

It all started with one dog and one person who refused to turn a blind eye to the neglect this dog was suffering.   This one person who made it her mission to make sure this dog would finally live the kind of life she deserved.  The kind of life all animals deserve.  That mission has become the mission of the team of volunteers who came together to form PAWS Rescue, Inc.

• PAWS Rescue, Inc. is 100% volunteer based, so  every penny donated goes directly to the animals.

• Since our formation in early 2013, we have helped save over 3,000 animals from neglect, abuse, and death.

• Our animals are placed in loving foster homes until they find their furever families.  The foster parents get to know each individual animal, which greatly helps each family and future pet find their perfect match.  A home check is also done for every potential adopter to ensure our animals will live in a safe, loving, and happy furever home.  

• Each animal receives veterinary evaluation and care, including spay/neuter and vaccines, as well as treatment for any other medical issue they may have.     

• Our primary focus is on rescuing cats and dogs, but we have also helped rescue horses, a turtle, a hamster, and even an owl!

• We rescue animals throughout Southern Idaho, as well as Northern Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Oregon. 

• We rescue all breeds of cats and dogs of all ages and have rescued animals who have been hit by cars, shot, abandoned, abused, and neglected.
