Pawsitive Change Matters Most began out of a desire to help the animals and people of Estill County and beyond. We're dedicated to providing shelter support through our rescue, networking to other rescues, prevention through spay and neuter and other solution-based resources, and through community assistance such as pet food and supplies.

We can only continue this work if we clear out the vet bills we owe for lifesaving care from 2025.

We have a 100% match for donations until Christmas to help clear out the final rescue debt from this year.
