Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services

A nonprofit organization

Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services has been quietly helping children and families since 1914 in the St. Louis area. Whether they're struggling with poverty, mental illness, abuse or neglect, we are here to help.

We offer foster care case management, medical case management, a transitional living program for teens aging out of foster care, community counseling, residences and support for single-parent families and an after-school program for youth. We also offer early-intervention support like therapeutic mentoring and in-home family therapy that helps families withstand and overcome any challenges together.

Since our beginning as an orphanage in Farmington, Missouri, PCHAS has grown into a three-state organization offering a continuum of care that serves an average of 4,500 children and families each year.
