Peninsula Choral Association Dba Peninsula Girls Chorus

The Peninsula Girls Chorus has been "a place where girls find their voices" for over 20 years.  Founded in January 1994 with just 11 singers, we now reach over 200 singers from across the Peninsula.  Girls start singing with us as early as age 6 and many continue through elementary, middle school and high school.  Based in Burlingame, CA, the PGC not only offers a high-level musical experience, but our girls have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, higher order thinking, discipline and self-esteem.

In the 2015-16 school year, PGC has started a brand new, exciting program in Half Moon Bay - a satellite choir serving girls who would not normally be able to access PGC at our regular location.  Artistic Director Karyn Silva travels to their school every week and works with these enthusiastic singers, in preparation to join PGC's 5 choirs in our Winter Concert on December 12th.  We would like our Giving Tuesday fundraising to be targeted toward our newest members, PGC Coastside!  Check out what your PGC Coastside donation can do...
