Pennsylvania College Access Program

A nonprofit organization

The mission of PA-CAP is to encourage and enable high school students and residents to enter and graduate from college. The need for the PA College Access Program is urgent. Historically, less than 55 percent of public high school freshmen earned a high school diploma and only one-third pursued any type of post-secondary education. Only 15% of these students graduated from college. The goal of PA-CAP is to work with and convince at-risk students that college is a viable option that they can pursue with the proper motivation, guidance, and financial assistance.

PA-CAP staff work with high school students and the general public assisting with the college and financial aid applications to apply to post-secondary school, research and apply for scholarships, and much more. This program assist all individuals regardless of their individual background.
