Peoples Health Center

In 2015, People's Health Center saw 10,190 individual patients. These patients had 33,182 medical, dental, case management, and behavioral health visits. Many of the patients we see (36%) do not have health insurance. A majority of PHC patients are seen for chronic disease management for illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension. 

People's Health Center also provides support services such as case management, interpretation, medication assistance and health education, all to reduce barriers to health care.
