Perfect Harmony Mens Chorus

Through music, we enrich the lives of our members, the Madison Area gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities and our community at large. Perfect Harmony Men’s Chorus exists to provide a visible presence and positive voice in and for the Madison LGBT communities.

We are a member of GALA Choruses, Inc. a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization serving the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender choruses across the world. The mission of GALA Choruses is to support LGBT choruses as we change our world through song. GALA Choruses is open to all LGBT and LGBT-allied choruses. Through workshops, festivals and ongoing networking and administrative support services, GALA Choruses fosters the continued artistic and organizational growth of its member choruses.

 

The purpose of the chorus is to:

• Promote, perform and expand men's choral literature as an art form;
• Cultivate skills in choral singing;
• Provide opportunities for self-expression;
• Build bridges of understanding and acceptance among diverse communities through music;
• Provide positive social and spiritual support for its members.
