When you join our lifesaving team, you’re making a difference for thousands of animals. 

Pet Friendly Services is Indiana’s only statewide nonprofit focused on ending the euthanasia of healthy dogs and cats. We tackle pet overpopulation at its source by ensuring animals are spayed or neutered before unwanted litters can occur. Each year, we help more than 15,000 pets receive critical spay/neuter surgeries — reducing shelter overcrowding and giving animals the healthy, happy lives they deserve.

We stretch donor dollars as far as they can go by partnering with veterinarians, shelters, rescue groups, and community cat caregivers. Last year, our average cost per surgery was just $76. Compare that to the $847 it takes, on average, to care for and rehome a single pet through a shelter. The math is simple: We can help 11 animals for the same cost as sheltering and rehoming a single animal!

 Prevention works. Spay/neuter is the only humane, effective, and cost-efficient solution to pet overpopulation.
