Pets in Need

Pets In Need rescues dogs, cats, puppies and kittens who are in danger of being put to death in public facilities. Each week we bring back perfectly wonderful, loving animals.  At our shelter they are given all the medical care they need, are spayed or neutered, microchipped, brought current on their vaccinations and get lots of love and attention while they safely wait for a forever home.

In addition to rescuing our canine and feline companions, Pets In Need also provides 100% free spay/neuter surgeries for the dogs and cats of any California resident.  This critical program is the cornerstone of No Kill, and we have removed any barrier to getting a dog or cat sterilized by offering it at absolutely no cost.

California is killing over 500,000 dogs and cats each and ever year.  We know we can stop the killing through rescue and adoptions, and spaying and neutering.  But most importantly, we know we can stop the killing with your help.
