Phoenix Media Arts was founded in 2021 by Anthony Collier and Joshua Santiago with hopes of providing opportunities to York County youth through film and music production. The two believe that a new community through creative arts can merge generations and change the culture of York in a positive direction. Their program was created to provide York children a chance to explore an industry that REQUIRES use of their imagination. Through intergenerational collaboration and visual arts, we want to build a stronger, more resilient community of young creators.
