PRDC serves people like Emma and her mom.  When we met 5-year-old Emma she had dark circles under eyes and didn’t smile or look at anyone.  Emma’s kindergarten teacher reported that Emma didn’t play with the other children and often cried in class because her mouth hurt.  Emma’s mom knew that her teeth were in bad shape but didn’t know where to turn. The family could barely pay the rent.  She was relieved to learn that Emma could get the care she needed at PRDC.
