To be an innovator of services and programs that meet the needs of Filipino workers and the diverse low-income population of Historic Filipinotown

To engage workers in advocacy campaigns to address issues affecting low-wage workers and their families

To involve workers in leadership positions within the organization, in coalitions and in the larger community
