Pioneer Valley USO

At the Pioneer Valley USO, we are all about the goodness, and lifting the spirits of our military personnel and their families. 

We’re there to see them off for deployments, and to celebrate and welcome them back at homecomings. But our commitment to the troops and their families doesn’t stop there.    

Be it with our food pantry, holiday meal baskets, care packages to deployed troops, our home-cooked Monday night dinners, or any of our numerous other programs, the volunteer-driven Pioneer Valley USO helps our local military personnel and their families in need, free of charge, every single day. 24/7/365, we are “Always By Their Side®”.

Through our food pantry program, we currently serve more than 400 military personnel and their families; a number that has more than quadrupled in the last year alone. And which we anticipate will only continue to increase in the coming year.

But our volunteers do so much more than provide food and care packages, to include helping our military families get donations of furniture and housewares, clothing, toys, vehicles, and just about anything else they need. And we don’t stop there.

Another of the many ways we lift the spirits of the troops and their families is by sponsoring or getting donated tickets to sporting events, concerts, shows, fairs, and other events so they may have some family fun that they otherwise would not be able to afford. 

We strive to create a “home away from home” atmosphere where local and visiting military personnel and their families will feel comfortable and cared for, and as long as there are troops serving in our military, the Pioneer Valley USO will remain “Always By Their Side®”.
