Pittsburgh Community Reinvestment Group (PCRG) is a coalition of community leaders working for economic justice, equitable investment practices and sufficient financial resources to revitalize communities throughout Allegheny County.

Focusing on issues directly facing its members, PCRG's neighborhood policy program area helps build capacity within the community development system through training and best practice opportunities and developing and implementing a local policy agenda that removes barriers to access to resources and opportunity for neighborhoods and their residents. Current projects include:Community Development Summit - entering its fourth year - promotes, engages, educates, and inspires the regional community development industry. This summit attracts over 400 leaders in community and economic development spanning across six states.Reimagining Neighborhoods - piloted in Pittsburgh's Sheraden neighborhood - identifies challenges and opportunities within the built environment as well as on-the ground leadership to comprehensively address revitalization barriers.
