Mission

Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties provides confidential, affordable, high quality reproductive health care. We fight for the fundamental right of individuals to determine their own destiny. We provide comprehensive, honest sex education and health information, which enable individuals to make responsible and informed choices. We believe that respect and value for diversity in all aspects of our work are essential to our achieving this mission.

Programs

Planned Parenthood offers general reproductive health care services including birth control, cancer screening, first and second trimester abortion services, confidential HIV testing, pregnancy testing and options counseling, screening for sexually transmitted infections, and surgical sterilization. In addition we offer specialized services for teens, males, and mid-life and prenatal and post-natal care. Our health education programs target a diverse high-risk population in array of settings including teen clinics, main stream schools, correctional schools, juvenile halls, foster group homes, etc. The programs include educational programs, one-on-one dialogues, information discussed during medical visits, and tabling at music and community events that draw teenagers.
