NWP offers programs that cover the complete spectrum of housing and home ownership. Funding will support the following: The Spirit of Hope House (which is a transitional housing facility for men), homebuyer education program for first-time homebuyers, home improvement loan program for low income residents who need assistance in making critical and/or emergency repairs, foreclosure mitigation counseling for existing home owners who are at risk of losing their homes to foreclosure, financial fitness classes for those who have housing issues or need credit repair, support of the organization’s low income rental units and assistance in constructing new affordable infill homes.
