Polk Arts Alliance Inc

The Mission of the Polk Arts Alliance is to cultivate an environment in which the arts flourish.  The Alliance endeavors to accomplish this through advocacy, coordination, economic development, education and promotion.  Specific functions of Polk Arts Alliance are:

• Advocacy on behalf of the arts
• Serving at the officially designated local arts agency for Polk County.
• Publishing Art-i-facts, the cultural arts magazine for Polk County.
• Marketing of the nonprofit arts organizations within and outside of Polk County.
• Further development of the arts industry and cultural planning
• Working closely with the Cultural Arts Council, the Advisory Board to the PAA Board of Directors
• Enhancing stability and development for established and emerging arts organizations.
