Portola and Castle Rock Foundation

The Portola and Castle Rock Foundation has enhanced visitor experiences in Portola Redwoods and Castle Rock State Parks since 1991. As the 501(c)3 state-sanctioned cooperative association for these two parks, the Foundation has supported park visitors by providing interpretive displays and interpretive programs such as Campfire and Junior Rangers programs. We also sponsor volunteers that assist with the Visitor's Center in Portola Redwoods, and walk the trails of both parks, greeting visitors and reporting information to the State Parks administration.
