Potomac Crescent Waldorf School

Each donation to Potomac Crescent Waldorf School during Spring2ACTion 2017 will be matched by a generous donor to raise funds for our new playground, up to a maximum of $25,000!

Potomac Crescent Waldorf School's program offerings serve children as young as 1 years old through grade 5. In Early Childhood we nurture the child’s readiness for schoolwork by encouraging healthy play. In the Grades, children fully explore the subjects they study, encouraging a life-long love for learning. A daily rhythm, reverence for nature, and the arts are infused into the life of a Waldorf classroom. Potomac Crescent Waldorf School strives to prepare students to build creative and compassionate lives as members of the world community. 

In November 2015, our school moved to Fairlington Presbyterian Church in Alexandria. We need to build two more classrooms during the Summer of 2017 to fully house our school in time for fall.

Your support of our goal to raise at least $25,000 towards our expansion will be met with up to an additional $25,000 in funding for our playground, also to be built in time for fall 2017.
