$9,000 Goal

The Poulsbo Community Orchestra provides opportunities for North Kitsap area volunteer musicians, ages 16 and older, to rehearse and perform symphonic music for the greater Poulsbo community. Concerts are free and attendance ranges from 400-600+.

We rely on the kindness and generosity of our audience and donors within our community. They help provide us with the necessary funds to bring beautiful music to Poulsbo. Sponsorships and grants for the Orchestra have been provided by Kitsap Bank, Microsoft Corporation, Poulsbo Lions and Rotary clubs, Cultural Arts Foundation Northwest, the Kitsap Community Foundation, the Peninsula Music and Arts Society, ArtsFund, Paul G. Allen Community Accelerator Grant, and Washington State Arts Commission.

$9,000 goal to cover 2026-2027 Concert Production Costs as well as ongoing purchase of sheet music. Did you know that a single piece of music for our orchestra can cost $700+? In order to be able to bring classical music to Kitsap, we need the support of our community.

We were so exited to see our audiences a few weeks ago for our Kid's Concert: Let's Build an Orchestra! It was so inspiring to see everyone dance along, and try their hand at a musical instrument at our Instrument Petting Zoo. We hope to see you at our next concert April 12, 2026 at 3PM, featuring music inspired by wind and sky!
