Prairie Loft Center

Prairie Loft provides shared activities for people of all ages… in a uniquely beautiful farm-based local setting. We teach agriculture appreciation, outdoor education, cultural connections, and the wise use of natural resources.

For over eighteen years, Prairie Loft has made a positive impact by providing active engagement for more than 97,000 visitors. On a 75-acre program site on the west edge of Hastings, Nebraska, Prairie Loft offers inclusive agricultural and place-based activities to help increase awareness and connections to the land, as well as well-being through shared outdoor experiences. We strive to ensure that every person, regardless of ability or background, can fully participate in mission-based activities and opportunities. We encourage curiosity… and enrich lives… through field trips, family programs, camps, seasonal celebrations, and other community gatherings.

We are building a program where today's Prairie Loft kids will want to bring their kids back in the future. Our mission is important. YOU make it possible!
