Praise in the Park

Preparing for 2018

Praise in the Park is honored to be a community hub for help groups providing services to combat homelessness, alcoholism, abuse, hunger, and many other social issues. It's also an opportunity for the faith community to connect with service opportunities with these organizations.

Of Course we will have music.  Releasing God's music into the atmosphere and letting it do God's work is an important part of the event.  Lives change for the better every year.  It's our aim to continue Praise in the Park annually to make God famous in our region and to connect the community with the Holy Spirit.

We need your help keeping the event free to the community, to encourage maximum participation. God brings thousands of people to downtown Concord each year for Praise in the Park and we want to see it continue to grow each year as more churches and people become involved in the idea of unity of God's people around Faith, Love, and Service.

Your donations go directly to funding the event the board and officers are all volunteers from different churches in the community.  With participation across denominations from Catholic, Main Line Protestant,Orthodox, and  Non-Denominational churches  of every ilk from Evangelical to Progressive, this is truly a God driven work of Ecumenical unity in support of community.
