About Us

Praying Single Mom Inc, founded in 2023 by a single mother in Louisville, Kentucky provides comprehensive support to single mothers in Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, and Shelby Counties in Kentucky, and Clark and Floyd Counties in Indiana. Our local services will be expanded through an online community platform, offering resources and connections to single mothers nationwide.

Our Mission

Praying Single Mom Inc is dedicated to transforming the lives of single mothers by providing the education, Christian resources, and support they need to thrive. Through comprehensive mentoring, educational programs, family resources, community connections, and enriching events, we empower single moms to move beyond survival mode and achieve their fullest potential.

Our Vision

We envision a future where a fatherless home is led by a confident mother, equipped with the tools she needs to provide her children with purpose and a firm foundation for the restoration of the family. Praying Single Mom is fostering a community where single mothers are educated, inspired, and equipped for a brighter, prosperous future through a life centered in Christ. We are putting God back where he belongs in every single parent home -at the head of the table.

Our Services

Individual Support: Mentorship, online learning, and assistance finding resources and services for individual needs

Group Support: Support Groups, interactive online discussion forums, family friendly events, networking, and prayer

Education: A curriculum designed to improve time management, relationships, finances, and overall well-being

Reporting: Documentation and reporting to case managers for individual participation, course completion, and assistance received.

Online Community Platform: Helping single moms who live in rural areas or have no reliable transportation connect with churches, community resources, and online groups and mentor programs. We are available to moms in crisis and who have been through trauma, who are not able to leave their homes.
