Preservation Greensboro Incorporated

Established in 1966, Preservation Greensboro Incorporated (PGI) has developed a comprehensive program to save our community’s historical and architectural treasures. These programs include recycling efforts through Architectural Salvage of Greensboro; cultural initiatives through the ownership and management of Blandwood Mansion and the Carriage House; and advocacy and placemaking through our annual Tour of Historic Homes held each May.Our sister organization, the Development Fund, serves the community as a think-tank to save historic properties that have significance, but are challenged through financial, legal, or locational circumstances.

As the only citywide non-profit organization dedicated to historic preservation, we depend on our partners and people like you to help us accomplish our mission of saving Guilford County's most Treasured Places.
