The Bridge Academy

The Bridge Academy is a full-time High School Diploma and GED Prep program that offers a nontraditional path for students who struggle academically in traditional public school. The Academy's progressive staff and partners, student-focused setting, project-based and technology-based curriculum reveal the students' untapped potential, exposing them to unlimited possibilities in academic and nontraditional career fields. Through postsecondary education, hands-on training, or career and industry-recognized certifications, the possibilities of achieving their lifelong career goals are limitless. The Bridge Academy exposes each young person's God-given ability to thrive academically, socially, personally, and professionally.

Our work is not solely about academics and post secondary preparation, but also the development of life skills, creation of enriching experiences, and exposure to learning outlets wherever they may occur. At The Bridge Academy, we believe each student can discover their passion; learn proper critical thinking skills to "unfold" that passion; and then transform their dreams into realistic goals. Passion is directed through academics and the development of business acumen; using Project-Based Learning and exposure to real business experiences, students are exposed to nontraditional careers like Supply Chain Management and Entrepreneurship. The Bridge Academy students experience rigorous academic standards and deeper knowledge and understanding of their post secondary educational options.

Dedicated staff, administrators, and partners work collaboratively to create a stimulating career environment whereby The Bridge Academy students receive focused attention on every level. Our student-teacher ratios are kept low so that students benefit from individualized instruction and in-depth group work. Counselors meet with students on a daily basis. Our team works hard to provide meaningful experiences in academics, leadership, vocational training, and civic service.
