Launched by Pride Live in 2018, Stonewall Day is a national day of awareness hosted each year in June to honor and celebrate the Stonewall legacy.

On June 28, 1969, at The Stonewall Inn in New York City, the LGBTQ+ community rose up against oppression in the Stonewall Rebellion, marking the beginning of a new civil rights movement. #StonewallDay2021 not only honors the history of the Stonewall Rebellion, but also advances the fight for LGBTQ+ equality through racial equity, Transgender rights justice, and intersectional liberation of all parts of our beautiful global movement.

 Pride Live, the organizer of Stonewall Day, involves today's generation in the LGBTQ+ equality movement through activism, events, and community engagement. Pride Live stands committed to advancing full equality through community programming, activism, and awareness.
