Pride of Indy Bands Inc

Pride of Indy Bands serve as a musical and educational resource to the Central Indiana community and is comprised of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and LGBT-friendly musicians. Activities are conducted in a supportive, accepting, and affirming atmosphere.

Founded in 2004, performers participate in a multitude of events around the country and local organizational socials, also creating partnership with other area bands. Affiliated with the Lesbian Gay Band Association (LGBA), Pride of indy Bands is comprised of a marching/pep band, concert band, jazz band, visual ensemble, and orchestra-in-formation. From venue costs to operations, music purchase to instrument purchase, the organziation needs the support of donors and sponsors to continue to grow.
