About PEP

PEP delivers results at the intersection of restorative justice reform and economic mobility. Our Survive to Thrive model combines intensive character development, business training, entrepreneurial support, mentorship and transitional support to produce successful business owners, outperforming employees and good neighbors. Throughout our 20-year history, PEP has served participants representing racially diverse backgrounds consistent with that of the prison population.                    

PEP is recognized by Arthur Brooks of the American Enterprise Institute as a catalytic force in the prison re-entry reform movement, building “start-up lives” that contribute to a healthy society.
