For more than 40 years PSU has supported people with intellectual disabilities to help them become independent and involved in their communities. Our vision is to offer a continuum of services that support and allow every individual to connect to their community and develop their greatest level of independence.

Our A.I.M. program (Adult Integration in Motion), offers opportunities for people to share places and experiences in their neighborhoods. Individuals have opportunities to volunteer, explore and engage in their community. PSU partners with private citizens and organizations to give people a chance to meet and connect with others through classes, social events, fitness activities and volunteering. We also offer on-site activities to broaden and enrich individuals’ interests and talents. We aim to make every day the best day.

PSU Employment Services help with every stage of the employment journey. PSU employment staff provide services, through both Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities and the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. From identifying strengths and determining interests to job independence and career advancement, PSU assists and supports people.
