The Center for Courageous Kids (CCK) in Scottsville, KY is a place of laughter, respite and fun for children and families living with tremendous medical challenges.  Medically fragile youngsters attend from all across the country, free of charge.  Opened since 2008, over 13,500 brave youngsters and their families have attended a week or weekend at CCK from 39 states and 3 foreign countries!  Located on 168 rolling acres in Allen County, KY, we operate our world-class state of the art facility year round and survive solely on donations.  We do NOT charge our campers to attend.  We also welcome hundreds of volunteers annually.  Our generous donors are world wide and include individuals, foundations, businesses and corporations who share one thing in common: a heart for the brave children we serve, children living with illnesses or disabilities, overcoming tremendous obstacles on a daily basis.  Our tagline says it all, "We Prescribe Fun!"  Imagine placing a medically fragile child on top a horse for the first time, or watching them catch a fish, bowl a strike, or make new friends who have the same illness they do.  Inspiration abounds in South Central Kentucky at CCK.  We need YOU and appreciate every single donation, every penny. Thank you for learning more, please give!  "When you make a difference in a child's life, you make a difference in your own." Visit us at www.courageouskids.org
