Project Healthy Community

Project Healthy Community (PHC) is a health and wellness nonprofit with the mission of promoting the well-being of the Detroit community by providing school- and community-based nutrition, fitness, and mental health education and services for kindergarteners through senior citizens.

These funds will support PHC’s network of programs serving Northwest Detroit and beyond—mobile food pantries, nutrition and fitness programming for adults, community garden development and care, in-school nutrition education, and more!

$25 covers healthy snacks for two classrooms in our in-school nutrition and fitness education program

$100 sponsors wearable medical technology for an adult in the Rubenfire Family Wellness Program

$250 sends a child to PHC's summer camp

$1,000 provides 30 families with two weeks' worth of grocery staples through the Mobile Food Pantry
