Project Pearls Inc

Our Mission is to help the poorest of the poor children in the Philippines to have a better life by giving them PEARLS, Peace, Education, Aspiration, Respect, Love, Smiles through our various outreach programs.  

Over five years ago, we adopted a slum community called Ulingan (charcoal) at Tondo, Manila.  This community sits on 
dumpsite where children and families have no choice but to live with soot, garbage, mosquitoes, flies, vermin and toxic from the charcoal factories.  

We built a learning center inside Ulingan to provide free schooling to pre-school children. We had 42 kindergarten scholars on that first year.   

This coming school year, we will have over 500 scholars from kindergarten to college. Most of these scholars didn't even think they can go to school, finish high school and now some are attending college. 

We believe education and literacy can break them free from the cycle of poverty.
