In 2012 I started volunteering at non-profits. I quickly learned that many do not have tools needed to do tasks needed to support their missions. Over time I noticed a common thing. The cost of equipment was expensive, and even rentals of those tools wasn't cheap. Project TESN was created to help provide access to some of this equipment at the operational costs or better. The operational costs are considered cost of transport the equipment, and things like fuel/maintenance. Typically the costs are about 1/2 of what it costs to rent.
