At PATH Reentry, we 100% believe in second chances and the idea that every person deserves the opportunity to rebuild their life and become a contributing member of the community.

As a nonprofit dedicated to returning citizens, we:

• Provide safe housing that offers stability and normalcy that individuals released from confinement need to rebuild their lives following the traumas of incarceration;
• Offer mentoring and support that foster accountability, growth and long-term recovery; and 
• Create community partnerships and connect our residents to vital resources necessary to their reentry journey.
