Hampton Cove Middle School Parent Teacher Association

Hampton Cove Middle School is building a great opportunity for our student's to explore Science and Math in an Outdoor STEM Learning Lab.  It is solely funded by acquired grants which built the Greenhouse, followed by donations from the PTA and other local contributors to add the Pavilion as a classroom.  It is a work in progress.  We are at the stage of needing the educational items to put the facility to use. It is time to equip the teachers and students to do research in soil testing, growing plants, monitoring a pond and growing fish. 

Part of our school motto is service and community.  We will extend invitations to local elementary schools that feed into our middle school so they can also run experiments and study plant and animal life more extensively.  We also plan to carry our crops to the local CARE Center for distribution to those in need.
