The Public Higher Education Network of Massachusetts (PHENOM) is the only organization in Massachusetts whose mission is bringing together public higher education students, faculty, staff, and community partners to make that idea into a reality. We believe that when we fight together, we can win the future we want -- where our public colleges and universities have all the funding they need to hire enough faculty and provide a quality education without bankrupting working class students with tuition and fees.
