Quincy Children’s Museum transforms the lives of children and families through experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, connection, and discovery. Ready. Set. Grow. inspires and encourages brain building opportunities for children ages birth to five & their families.

Museums for All provides discounted admission & memberships to qualifying families, including foster families, active duty military, and families currently receiving food assistance.

Our Mobile Museum brings hands-on discovery directly to schools, libraries, and community events, making learning fun and accessible throughout the region.

The heart of Quincy Children’s Museum beats through the people who bring its mission to life each day.

Our volunteers are passionate champions for children and families—serving on boards and committees, building exhibits, facilitating programs, supporting the Mobile Museum, fundraising, and so much more.

A team of 20–30 floor staff and interns contribute their time, energy, and creativity to help shape meaningful experiences at both our current site and in our outreach programs.

Our administrative team works behind the scenes to harness the dreams and talents of our entire community—members, visitors, volunteers, staff, and donors—all working together to launch and sustain the museum’s vision.

Magical Experiences:
Every visit to Quincy Children’s Museum is filled with opportunities to wonder, explore, and imagine.

Our Imagination-Fueled Exhibits transport children into new roles—whether they’re performing on stage, caring for animals in the Vet Clinic, digging for historic fossils, or stocking groceries at our market. 

A Hands-on STEM lab invite curious minds to build, test, and discover through exciting experiments, engineering challenges, and problem-solving by exploring light, wind, magnets & more.

In our vibrant Art Studio, creativity knows no bounds as children explore color, texture, and expression through open-ended projects and guided workshops.
