The Reach Project

A nonprofit organization

"To strengthen the fabric of communities through relationships that uplift and transform the lives of college students and the working families who support campus life."

REACH is a nonprofit organization that was formed in 2017 and received its 501c3 tax-exempt status in 2018. REACH was founded by Texas A&M University (TAMU) student Max Gerall, who sought to connect students with the working families and communities who support campus life. REACH is a model of community engagement that is rooted in relationship and respect, where students grow and lead through meaningful service, and working families rise through access, empowerment, and dignity. Since its founding, REACH's model has created more than 75 programs and catalyzed thousands of student leaders and high-impact citizens.
