RISE Society, Inc

Our flagship program is a mentorship and leadership program for high school girls. They are artfully matched with successful career professionals and over the course of 6-8 months they engage in a guided experience where they discuss passion, college, career aspirations, and build life skills. In addition we are looking to offer an early career program for women who are 0-8 years into their first job after college to provide them with tools and mentorship to articulate their professional goals, and real-life skills that will enable them to thrive in their first career (i.e. presentation training, relationship building, having difficult conversations, promoting themselves, etc.)
