Mission

Rafiki's vision is twofold: 1) To build and operate ten Rafiki Training Villages in Africa where orphans and teenagers come to know the Lord Jesus Christ and learn to serve Him and their nations. 2) To assist host nations and churches to replicate our Villages and programs. We accomplish this second goal by cooperating with the host countries and partner churches, to provide training, leadership, materials and encouragement, that will enable them to duplicate and multiply our efforts and outreach.

Programs

Rafiki establishes villages in areas where the need of children is so great. These villages provide a loving home for orphans, accredited schooling through the high school years, and health care. The Rafiki villages also provide community programs, such as: vocational training for teen-agers, courses in cultural arts, Bible teaching, athletics, health education and periodic community health clinics. Both long and short-term missionaries are sent to operated these villages, along with the help of nationals employed by Rafiki.
