Reaching New Heights Foundation Inc

Reaching New Heights Foundation Inc is a disabled veteran-owned, non-profit organization (IRS-designated 501c3). RNHFI is committed in helping Inland Empire's veterans and their families transitioning from active duty, incarceration or homelessness towards stability.

Through collaboration , RNHFI is able to deliver a comprehensive care plan to improve the quality of life of the veterans.

Our programs include:

• Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) - VTC of Riverside County and San Bernardino County are a collaborative court system comprised of a Judge, a VA Representative, a Public Defender, a District Attorney, a Probation Officer and a RNHF Mentor. The VTC Program provides veterans a
  "second chance" to become productive contributors to our community.
• Housing - Provide housing for veterans who are transitioning from active duty, incarceration, or homelessness. RNHF will assist and refer veterans for both transition and permanent housing options.
• Education and Employment - RNHF works closely with EDD and community colleges to assist veterans with formal and vocational education.
• Resources - RNHF is collaborating with the VA, government agencies and private organizations to offer veterans resources that truly impact their lives.
