WHO WE ARE!

We are helping hands and advocates, committed to giving at-risk women an equal chance at life. With a spirit of collaboration and commitment to mental health, education, business guidance and job training, we are trusted to care for women to help them on their journey of empowerment. Ready to Empower works to create a world where all women are empowered. 

WHAT WE DO!

We equip women with the necessary tools to empower themselves and reach their full potential. Through the NGO - Arbol de Esperanza (Tree of Hope) - created by RTE in San Ramon, Costa Rica, we implemented our Empowerment Program to the at-thousands of at- risk women in the area. Giving women free access to mental health coaching, life skills and job coaching, as well as crisis support, allows the women in Costa Rica to better their lives and their communities.

WHY INVEST?

 Your donation is key to keeping our programs going. Your investment into RTE’s programs will give at-risk women the tools needed to better their lives. Every dollar donated will provide women access to mental health support, crisis support, life skills and job training. Your donation helps women heal from trauma, find safety, become educated and self-sufficient.

• $100 = Year of Psychological Services for one woman

• $87 = Year of Educational Classes for one woman

• $50 = Programs, classes and field trips (self-defense, finance, cardio, yoga, salon, English, sewing, cooking and art)

• $49 = Crisis Support for one woman (transportation, clothing, contraceptives, shelter, health care and hygiene products)

• $47 = 1 Year of Hygiene Products for one woman

• $43 = 1 Year of Mentor, Coach and Manager to assist one woman

• $38 = 1 Year of Educational Supplies for one woman

• $33 = 1 Year of Training for Leaders on-site in Costa Rica

• $30 = 1 Year of Social Support Groups, Workshops, & Job Training 

• $30 =1 Year of Insurance for participants working in their internships for one woman 

• $20 =  Food and Meals for women and or family members in crisis
