Summer Youth - Being a teen youth leader has been a blessing for me. We once shared our testimonies in my group (9-11 year olds). The children were standing up and telling how they had given their lives to God at summer youth and how God has made all the difference for them. That is what it’s all about - helping children have a fun time and grow closer to God.

Red Bird Christian School  - Last August, the new high school English teacher and a former dorm student at Red Bird School, Samantha Caldwell, said enthusiastically, “I was a dorm student. It made such an impact in my life. I want to see all these students coming from different states, and especially the local students come into the dorm. I want to see Dr. Collins’ vision for Red Bird to be the best school in Kentucky become reality.”

Elderly Meals - An 80-year old cares for his 60-year old daughter by himself, but the meals they receive lightens his burden. They rarely see anyone other than the Red Bird Mission Elderly Ministries Meals on Wheels driver during the day. Zetta Bowling, director of Red Bird's DeWall Senior Activity Center, says, "They probably wouldn't eat during the day if the meals weren't delivered, and, if they did eat, the meal wouldn't be as nutritious."
