Red Rock Memorial Park Association

The Red Rock Memorial Park Association is a 501(c)(3) charity whose mission is to maintain and protect the dignity of the Red Rock cemetery. It is our goal to create a respectful, dignified and well-maintained environment for those who visit the cemetery to honor the memory of their friends and loved ones, as well as being committed to maintaining high quality care and maintenance of the grounds.

The Red Rock Memorial Park is located in the Red Rock Community five miles west of Gladewater, Texas in Upshur County, and is operated by a volunteer Board of Directors, The Red Rock Memorial Park Association. This group of volunteers spends its time soliciting donations through fundraisers, email and text blasts, letter campaigns and word of mouth.

Each member of the association has personal ties to the cemetery, as we all have loved ones that are buried there, and we continue to do all that we can to make Red Rock Memorial Park a place that we can all be proud of.

The cemetery is located outside the jurisprudence of any municipality, which does not give it the benefit of any county or city assistance, so the Association relies on tax-deductible donations from fundraisers, email/text blasts, letter campaigns and word of mouth to raise funds.
