Refuge for Women

Refuge for Women is a 3 phase, residential program that lasts 9-12 months. Refuge was originally founded in Kentucky 5 years ago. We recently expanded this organization to Las Vegas and opened our doors to a new safe house in Las Vegas on November 1, 2015. The organization is unique in that it specializes in aftercare and is free to women to come for help.Refuge offers safe housing, counseling, medical treatment, life skills, and employment preparation and placement. Refuge also walks with each woman through powerful healing programs that bring up substantial hurt buried long, long ago. Refuge does not simply invite broken hearts into a safe place, we challenge women to achieve self-sustainability and a life marked by dignity and hope.
